July 16th – July 21st, 2019 • non-cycling

Our packages with VIP access let you live the greatest races in cycling from the inside. Imagine riding across the finish line on closed roads with crowds cheering you on, climbing the official podium or taking a selfie with your favorite rider! You've dreamed of a trip to the Tour de France, Giro d'Italia or the Vuelta a España; we can help you make it happen in the comfort of VIP venues!

This is a non-cycling trip that focuses on the mountains of the Pyrenees. We will enjoy VIP access to the race at the start, along the course and at a stage finish. Day 01

Arrival in Toulouse and tour Airbus factory

Date Tuesday, July 16 Hotel Location Toulouse

We will be picking up at the Toulouse airport (TLS) in the early afternoon and will make our way to the Airbus factory that is located nearby. We will tour the factory and see how jets are assembled.

Our hotel is located on the outskirts of town. The welcome dinner will give us time to get acquainted with our fellow group members. The guides will present each guest with a gift bag and will review the plan for the upcoming days.

Day 02

Pictures on the podium and VIP viewing of stage finish

Date Wednesday, July 17 Hotel Location Toulouse

Today we will have some free time in the morning to rest or take advantage of the hotel spa and fitness center. After lunch, we’ll drive to the finish of today’s stage and have the opportunity to walk across the finish line and get pictures on the official podium.

After pictures, we will enter the Izoard VIP venue, located near the finish line.  The venue offers snacks, drinks, beer, TVs, air conditioning and private restrooms.  It is a great way to see the race!

Day 03

VIP access to the start village

Date Thursday, July 18 Hotel Location Toulouse

We begin the day at the start village near Toulouse.  We have VIP access to the sponsor area with food and coffee, preferred access to the sign-in stage and “behind the ropes” access to the team bus area.  This is your best chance to see riders up close and get pictures!

After lunch, we will drive back to the hotel.  You will have a little free time in the afternoon before we enjoy another group dinner.

Day 04

VIP viewing of individual time trial!

Date Friday, July 19 Hotel Location Tarbes

Today we drive towards the Pyrenees to the individual time trial in Pau.  Time trials are always exciting and shake up the GC standings.  We will have access to the Izoard VIP venue once again to view the race in comfort.

After the end of the stage, we will head east to our hotel in the heart of Tarbes. Tonight you’re on your own to explore the town and grab dinner with some new friends.

Day 05

Col du Tourmalet and Relais Etape

Date Saturday, July 20 Hotel Location Tarbes

Today we drive towards the Pyrenees to a VIP venue called Relais Etape.

Relais Etape is a hospitality tent set up along the course. The caravan throws out fun trinkets before the racers arrive and help to build an electric atmosphere. We will be served an excellent lunch with wine and champagne to toast the winner. The Tour de France also provides a gift to each guest in the Relais Etape tent.

After the end of the stage, we will drive to our hotel in Tarbes and we will enjoy an excellent farewell dinner with our new friends.
