2010 One Day Experiences

July 3rd through July 25th, 2010

We often get inquiries regarding special access on one or two stages. Until recently we've regretfully had to decline as this type of feature was restricted to our group trips only.

We are now in a position to offer great viewing options or otherwise unobtainable VIP access to some areas of the race - including HELICOPTER FLY OVER of the race which also contains a full day on course on closed roads!

VIP Grand Stands in Paris are also available from $345 usd on July 25th

VIP Access to stage start, Stage finish and helicopter fly-over the race:

Helicopter fly-overand fly day on course:

THIS IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!! By far the favorite TDF experience of the lucky few who are able to take part in it!

This is a full day of great action. Our vehicle is allowed on course on closed roads and will leave about 30mn before the peloton. You will get the same view of the roads lined with spectators as the pros will just behind you.

We will mingle with the craziness of the caravan and be able to pass all the vehicle floats while people cheer on the side of the road.
We will then drop you off at a specific location where you will see the Caravan and race go by - a helicopter will then take you up for a 20mn flyover of the peloton.

It will then be time to meet back up with the vehicle and driver and you will be driven the rest of the way to the finish, following the same itinerary as the team vehicles. This extraordinary experience includes lunch and a Tour de France gift.

Stage Starts:

As the Tour de France travels, a village is setup at the start location of each stage. This is where the sponsors/partners setup, local products are offered and celebrities make daily appearances. This is also where the team buses line-up within a gated area. Your passes will allow you to enter both the village and rider's enclosure. Make sure you have a camera and Sharpie pen on hand as this is without a doubt the best place to get autographs!

VIP Stage Finish:

In similar fashion to the stage start, the Tour de France sets up a limited number of areas located on course within the final portion of the stage. Access is reserved to race celebrities, partners and guests of the pro-teams. Typically these areas are about 50m-75m (yards) of the finish line. There is catering, several TV screens as well as a view of the Jumbo-tron and also elevated viewing. Champagne is served daily after the race arrival to celebrate.

There are a few - rare instances where, for technical reasons the VIP areas can not be setup this close to the arrival and it is therefore moved back slightly.

On some stage finishes it will be required to coordinate some form of transportation to gain access to the stage finish location (mountain top finishes are such examples). Contact us so we may discuss the particulars on a case by case basis.
