The Custom Getaways Triathlon and Cycling camps are located in the Costa Brava region of Spain which offers great weather, beautiful scenery, terrific training conditions and opportunities to visit and relax: a perfect combination!

Accommodations:

Our 4 Star resort is located on the beach over looking the Mediterranean and offers 6 swimming pools with hot tubs, a Fitness Center, tennis courts restaurant and snack-bars and many other amenities.

Rooms/Suites have separate living and sleeping areas.

 

Swimming:

The area offers fantastic swimming options: the resort’s lap pool but also a 50m pool in Girona as well as open water swimming.

 

 

Cycling:

As great as the region is for swimming, it might be even better for cycling! It comes as no surprise that so many pro-cyclist call this region home (including a 7 time Tour de France winner!) Cycling is a national sport in Spain which makes riding a safe and enjoyable experience.

Running Options:

Road for logging some easy base miles, Beach for some strength work and a soft surface to train on and a 400m track for a tempo session and drill work.

Training at a glance:

· Bike set up upon arrival assistance with set up and bike fit if needed. A short ride will follow if time permits.

· Swim sessions will consist of drills, main sets and cool downs as well as recovery swims post cycling and running.

· Cycling will focus on riding efficiency and base training with drills and strength work for future use in training.

· Running will consist of easy base miles on the roads with beautiful scenery and a visit to the track for drills and form, and a tempo session.
